Lee has also served on many other local non- profit boards and advisory committees. Finally, he is a Past Board Member for the Building Service Contractors Association International.

Something new and exciting! For over 15 years, I was in the not for profit sector. I started as a Director of Operations and ended my not for profit career as an Executive Director. While commercial cleaning and not for profit aren't exactly in the same category, the principals of people, product, and process are. We want to provide our staff with the unique experience of a family atmosphere, while instilling pride in our staff by reminding them of the immense value they provide daily to our partners. We do our best to create consistent long lasting processes that will provide our team a sense of consistency and ensure that our cleaning standards are the same no matter what size company with whom we partner. We also believe in our community and that is why it is so important to us that we give back using our time, talent, and treasure.
While being President of a company is almost a 24/7 role, I do find time to relax in my garden and while spending time with family and friends.

Every day is a new adventure! I love to challenge myself to learn something new each day and I have that opportunity at Lee Building Maintenance. Initially I began as a part-time interpreter for the company and almost five years later I earned the position of Office Manager. I am always ready and willing to help those who need me. I know that the owners value me, my family and the community which is why I like working with Lee Building Maintenance.
When I am away from work I love to listen to music and dance. It relaxes me. It is like feeding my soul.
There is always room for advancement with Lee Building Maintenance if you have the desire and work ethic. I should know, I started working with Jason Lee, back in 2008, as a cleaner with his previous company. Lee Building holds the bar high for customer service and quality of service for our partners. I know that my dependability and my abilities to work well under pressure as well as multi-task are only a few of the reasons why I was promoted to Area Leader. I like working for Lee Building because it is like a family, we are all working towards the same goal, we do a lot of teamwork, and everyone is treated with respect.
Even with all of my responsibilities, I still have time for a personal life! I've been on the same pool team for 14 years, I like relaxing on float trips, and I love spending time with my family, especially my daughter and grandson.
Area Leader Assistant
Moving on up! Lee Building Maintenance saw my good attitude, ability to adapt quickly and my enthusiasm to learn. I like working for Lee Building because they spotted my potential and rewarded me by promoting me. I am a very loyal person and they saw how hard I worked to maintain school and two jobs. They sat me down and asked how they could help me reach my next level in life. The owners let me know they cared. I am treated like family and I have developed amazing friends at Lee Building Maintenance.
When I am not working or studying, I like to enjoy music, dancing, and my family.
Quality Assurance Coordinator
After 23 years in the insurance industry, I was looking for a job that would bring something new and challenging. I walked into Lee Building last fall and asked CEO Jason Lee for a job. I was interviewed and offered a position. Everyday has been filled with learning new things about the cleaning industry. I love the flexibility of my job! I'm so glad to be part of the Lee Building Team.
I am President of the Frederick Club of NANBPWC, a local club that supports education, leadership and community events. I am very active in my church.
I love spending time with family and friends. I love traveling to NC to spend time with my family & spoiling my granddaughter Aria Emma.
